The Grand Regency is one of the elite hotels I have been to. I attended a wedding function there and I was impressed. Everything was arranged according to the host's choices. The hotel even gave them a big offer since they were staying there plus booked for an event. Their prices were almost half. The restaurant was also decorated when we came in after the function, the couple had to do some traditional ceremony. Overall, my experience was great and the hotel definitely deserves an upgrade.
