Local Gastro Bar provides all the local Maharashtrian flavors along with the international ones coming from all of the worlds to the guests. I happened to visit the place for a cousin's birthday party. The variety of dishes are eye-catching and countless. The drinks are equally good. Great place for party-goers. No entry for stags. Couple entry is charged based on what time you arrive. Usually, after 9.30 pm they charge couples for the entry fee. It is better if you give them a call before arrival. The Local Gastro Bar is a good place with a chill ambiance. When we went it was totally empty, however, it was a good experience. Located on the sixth floor of Kapila Matrix in Koregaon Park, the Local Gastro Bar is a great place to enjoy with your friends or unwind in with your colleagues on a Friday night after a hard week at work. It's well connected with public transport and there's hardly any hassle involved in finding this venue.

Ambience

The ambiance is characterised by a very relaxing vibe. The restaurant is adorned with stunning wooden interiors. The interiors reflect a very eclectic taste in design and definitely makes the artist in you come out to find meaning behind the different items displayed on the walls. The mood is just the right type to enjoy a good glass of wine coupled with some great food.

Food and Service

The restaurant mainly serves Continental, Italian, North Indian and Finger food varieties. The menu is divided into well defined sections. There are a host of starters, mains, nibbles, soups and combos to choose from. While the dessert section is quite limited, it still offers deliciousness in the the small variety that it offers. The staff do a commendable job with the service. Steaming hot plates of your order is placed in front of you in prompt time. The staff ensure that their guests are well attended to and also throw in their recommendations if you're confused as to what to order.
