It is on the NH95 national highway in Ludhiana's business district, this hotel in an imposing modern building is a 2 minute drive from Atam Park and 8 minutes drive from Ludhiana Railway Station. If one's traveling from the airport, it could take about 20 mniutes to reeach the hotel.

While each and every staff deserves the highest rating, yet when an event is hosted the service by the staff seems to be a selcted choicest staff who probably ae the best of the best to srvice the host and thier guest and the events are usally hosted in the hall which can hose upto 700 people.
