Amazing drinks and even better ambience. Our event expert Aditya helped us book Warehouse for our corporate party and we had a great time. Hospitality at its best!

Starting with the food and ambience, it was great and we really enjoyed the taste. However when it comes to service, I guess we did not have any worst service ever before. The staff was not hospitable at all. Mr. Joshi (the supervisor) was not at all bothered. Even after sending an email stating our requirements, we were denied serving bottled beer as he didn't read the mail completely (as per him). We were about 15 people and nobody liked the service. We had to search for waiter again and again and call him everytime. We got only one waiter for our table of 15 pax and even he was not available there. We had to personally go and look for him as no other waiter was ready to serve us. Then after asking him to serve us, they were taking long time to get the required stuff to our table. It was felt that they were just waiting for our 3 hours serving to get completed and they didn't want to serve. After being told many times, proper snacks that were being ordered were not served. A few of them were missing initially and even after reminding them so many times, they didn't reach to our table. At the end, they took complete payment an hour before only and after we made the payment and people were having dinner, we were asked to leave from the restaurant as it was being told that it's their closing time at 11:30pm only. Earlier we were being told that they close at 12:30pm. We had our food at the table and while people were eating that, they were being asked again and again to leave. It was really embarrassing. Never had such a bad experience. We were not ordering anything but they could have allowed us to finish the food which was already served at the table. I don't think that I will ever recommend warehouse cafe again in future.
