Utsav Grand is a resplendent destination when it comes to hosting memorable social events. The banquet hall is huge and clean and can hold up to 500 guests. This grand venue in Zirakpur is a treat to the eyes. My parents had stumbled across this venue on the venuemonk page on their hunt for a good wedding venue for my brother's marriage and they immediately liked this venue.
