The banquet at Hotel Sky in the Industrial Area of Chandigarh is probably one of the best halls to host your kid's birthday party in. I attended my friend's son's birthday party here. I was with my kids. And we were absolutely spell bound with the funky decorations that had charmed kids and parents alike.
