As the HR manager of a big corporate company, naturally, we organize a lot of events every month, and hence quality is of utmost importance. In addition to that, there is this one event; known as the All India Dealer's Annual Dinner, which warrants impeccable and unprecedented coordination to host multiple guests from Kashmir and Kanyakumari alike. With all the major players of my company keeping a close eye on the organizing of this event, it becomes inexplicably difficult to recce for the perfect venue, speak with the management, and get it approved. Luckily, we had Hotel West View to ensure that all goes smoothly. Hotel West View is a very inclusive and comprehensive venue if you seek the perfect experience. For the first day, we had kept it for reserve since guests were still arriving from different places and cities. All the guests were offered a welcome drink, a specialty of the restaurant, and also offered fritters and nuggets. Next, all our guests were escorted to their rooms, where they could rest for the big night. In the night, our guests were called in for a delightful evening plan that we had prepared. We had hired a local singer, who entertained us and made all our guests swoon to her tunes. Although I would credit the singer for her amazing performance, I also note the beautiful decorations that were in place for all our guests, set up by the hotel staff. The seating arrangement was also very pleasant, again resonating with the overarching golden theme that is characteristic of this hotel establishment. Additionally, we had opted for a very diverse and vivid buffet to serve our guests with tasteful and delicious dishes, such as Matar Paneer and Aalo Kashmiri. All the guests spoke very highly of the buffet which was liked by all.
Lastly, we had also hosted a small official meeting for our guests during the next day in the same banquet hall. While it was for all our employees and supply chain partners, their spouses were taken on a tour of the New Delhi city, being shown major attractions such as the India Gate and even the Raj Ghat. When the meeting ended and their spouses came back from the city tour of New Delhi, all the guests were taken for a night show of the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon. The organizing company was VenueMonk, and they did a fine job by coordinating properly and preparing well for any crisis that could arise. I was immensely pleased by their professionalism and dedication.

This location was reserved for my engagement. It has to be one of the best locations for events, in my opinion. I would strongly recommend this restaurant because the meal was excellent and the service was incredibly polite and helpful.
With centralized AC banquet halls and ample valet parking, it is a suitable venue for a long guest list. The Asian, Indian, and continental menu can surely tempt your taste buds. Furthermore, the lights and décor can make anyone go crazy. It has separate rooms for the bride, groom and other guests.
I booked the place last year for my daughter's wedding through VenueMonk. There are multiple halls to accommodate up to 300 people. Additionally, they have private rooms available for guests. The hospitality and food are amazing. Both veg and non-veg food are served. Fully air-conditioned halls, ample parking, and full preparation for baraat and overnight wedding are available at the venue.
This location hosted the engagement ceremony for my niece. We had a really great evening with our loved ones because of the lights on the trees, the wide selection of cocktails, wines, and mocktails, as well as the excellent care of the staff. To begin with, this place is truly the best venue if you want an all-inclusive, comprehensive, and luxurious venue for your day of happiness. Hotel Royal Park has it all; luxurious and spacious rooms, business centers, multiple dining facilities like the cafeteria, dining hall, and the multi culinary restaurant as well. In all fairness, these aren't the only advantages that this place offers, as the ambiance is impeccably refreshing too. The ecosystem rides high on its characteristic simplicity and sobriety. Additionally, the very essence of this place is captured by the very carefully and masterfully constructed banquet hall, which happens to be perfectly fit for both, professional and personal events ranging from official get-togethers to wedding ceremonies.
Thus my wedding was hosted here, in the rich and magnanimous banquet hall that can host up to 100 guests. Being an orphan, I did not have many relatives or guests on my end, except for my office colleagues, schoolmates, and college friends. My husband's family did not invite many guests either, thus it was a closely-knit affair with guests who blessed us with their wishes and prayers for our future life. For the decor of this place, it was truly mesmerizing to absorb such a beautiful setting organized by the service staff. The walls were graced with the flowers and petals were sprinkled on the stage floor where the couple received blessings from all the elders. To decorate the chairs and seating plans of this place, soft silk covers were used to grace the chairs and sofas that looked beautiful and very comfortable for the guests. The decoration team did an amazing job, as they truly enriched the whole look of the banquet hall. I couldn't have asked for a better setting.
Finally, the most important element of weddings came to light: the food. My husband and I opted for the Indian buffet, prepared by the kitchen of Hotel Royal Park itself. The buffet was indeed very diverse and vivid, incorporating cuisines from the Chinese, Continental, Indian and Western cultures. The guests also spoke very highly of the buffet and the starters which were served to them on their seats. More or less, food was a big hit at the wedding. The last rite of our wedding, the saat pheras around the pavilion were taken in a nearby temple, and we pledged our life to one another for eternity.
The food was excellent and the experience is simply flawless with added facilities. It was a great experience to share your valuable time with your loved ones, at this place. Simply enjoyed the celebration out here, and the staff was taking care of everything else and we enjoyed the get-togetherness with our family and friends.
