Utsav Bhawan, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, is a banquet hall which is starred 3.5. I attended a wedding function there and it was worth going to. The décor and decorations were just beautiful. The décor was done after taking suggestions from their clients, the family who invited us, all the guests. I enjoyed my time there and all the arrangements which were made for us.
