Utsav inn, known among one of the best hotels in the city is situated very strategically near the Sibbal Palace, Great Eastern Road, Near Telibandha Thana. Due to its location, it can be easily reached through private cabs and personal cars.

The moment you enter this place, the large conical chandelier in the middle of the room warmly welcomes you. The décor of the place is simple and the design on the stained glass and reception desk adds beauty to the place.
