The place is not owned by Westin so taxes are normal 5%. The service is efficient. Love their way of cooking on charcoal, without using gas. Located in The Westin Pune, this luxurious uber chic restaurant in Koregaon Park Annexe is a famous lounge that was first established in Mumbai and eventually also came up here because of its soaring popularity. It offers parking facilities and is also well connected, with public transport easily available in this area, making it easily accesible.
Ambience
The ambiance of this place is everything royal- marble floors, crystal chandeliers catches the immediate attention of people visiting this restaurant. This 7000-square-foot lounge that is designed by Gauri Khan features some theatrical decor that leaves you mesmerised. The stunning interiors, floor to ceiling door and windows that are adorned with some light white curtains, marble counters, glass countered bar with golden accents, ooze glamour and grandeur. The lounge also has two private seating areas for those who want to enjoy some privacy.

The major highlight of this lounge and restaurant is that it is gas-free, meaning that food here is prepared the traditional way- slow cooked on sigris, over wood or charcoal- under the careful instructions and guidance of Executive Chef Amninder Sandhu. The method of cooking used here brings out the flavour and texture of Indian dishes. The restaurant also offers an amazing live food presentation that makes the experience here all the more exciting.
