Absolute Barbecue, Hinjwadi, Pune has the most exquisite Chicken Tikka in the entire city. I visited the place to attend a cocktail party and I was thoroughly impressed by the luscious food and the impeccable service. Absolute Barbecue is one of the most happening and popular places in Pune with an enriching barbeque system. Its popularity compelled our college group to host the Christmas Party here. Approach

Located in the White Square Building in Hinjewadi of West Pune, this unique barbecue buffet restaurant also has outlets in Kalyani Nagar and Seasons Mall of Pune. Known to be packed on the weekends, some say that its always better to book a table at this restaurant on weekends, lest you fail to get a seat if you go without having made a booking first. The best way to reach here is by a taxi or a bus.

Ambience

The restaurant offers a very classy chic look. Walking into the restaurant, one is greeted with wooden floors and plush dark brown chairs and sofas. The tables are adorned with bright yellow table cloths that adds a dash of colour to the restaurant along with some very modern lighting. The atmosphere of the restaurant is further uplifted by the waft of deliciously cooked food.

Food and Service

The food here is pretty famous. As the name suggests, the restaurant offers some mouth watering barbecue dishes and it also has an option of buffet at all times. It offers a variety of some delicious North Indian and seafood varieties. Alcohol is offered at slashed rates and its largely pocket friendly adding to the charm of the place. The staff here is also very serviceable and cordial, always ready to assist.
