21st September 2018Quite dissatisfied with their services. We had booked oodles for my parent's 50th anniversary. The ambiance of this venue is the only thing that is up to the mark. They didn't serve all the things that were decided in the menu and the decor wasn't quite good either. I had quite a lot of expectations from oodles but much to my disappointment, it wasn't half as good as I thought it would be.

1st September 2018Stayed at this hotel for wedding, the rooms were big and clean. the functions were hosted in the hotel itself, oodles had really nice ambience and we also liked the food here.. variety was nice also..the hotel gets a lot noisy at night with the functions going on..service was decent too.

9th July 2018Nice place for weddings, I went here last week for my cousin's wedding and found the venue to be quite amazing, the interiors food and everything was good!

1st July 2018We had an awful experience at Oodles! One of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had..un-clean rooms, rude staff, unprofessional managers, and slow service! I suggest do not book this venue for your engagement or marriage functions.

8th June 2018I booked Oodles Residency for my parent's silver jubilee celebrations last month. The hotel took care of everything right from the decoration to catering and even suggested multiple vendors for our celebration. Right after my venue expert Hemant had us book Oodles, these people took the entire event-planning in their hands and helped us with everything from Day 1. 6th April 2018Stayed in Oodles hotel for a friend's wedding. All the ceremonies of the two day wedding were hosted at the lawn. The rooms were pretty decent and clean. The food service throughout the two days was nice but a little slow. Guests had to wait for a while to have the dishes refilled. Ambience and decor were pretty excellent though!

11th March 2018Poor management! The Hotel is nice for weddings, but the service isn't quite up to the mark for a 4-star hotel. They have a very lethargic approach to dealing with issues and deliver less than what they promised. Ambience and food were nice, but they need a lot of improvement in their service.

7th February 2018We visited oodles to attend my cousin's wedding, seemed like the hotel is perfect for weddings. They had 2-3 weddings going on simultaneously. the ambience was really nice, i personally liked the decoration a lot. Food was amazing, i stayed here for 3 days and they served a different variety each day. Nice place for weddings! Might get a little noisy for people staying here because of the weddings

28th January 2018TERRIBLE VENUE! We booked Oodles for my sister's weddng and paid the advance almost 10 months before the wedding date. They had the nerve to back out with the room-booking at the very last moment saying there is no prior record of it. This happened when our guests had arrived and the level of embarrassment is something nobody can compensate for! The manager Manish also said "whats done is done and you can't do anything about it"! It wasn't until we had to ask venuemonk to resolve

19th August 2022Definitely a very client-centric wedding venue, they pampered us and took care of all our queries and asked arrangements. Very personalized experience, they provided us with extra decorations for the marriage hall, thanks to them we had grand affair.My first visit to this place was in june 2022 and till date, I'm grateful to my friend for taking me there. A place with a kickass ambience.
