12th October 2020I had organized an induction process in Ballroom 3 of the hotel. The dark brown wood used in the construction of the hall provided a very cozy and professional atmosphere. The ideal amount of light from the fixtures and minimally designed shiny floors provided the hall with a much-needed elegance. Approach
The hotel is on a highway which makes it one of the ideal place for relaxation. It is on the NH95 national highway in Ludhiana's business district, this hotel in an imposing modern building is a 2 minute drive from Atam Park and 8 minutes drive from Ludhiana Railway Station. If one's traveling from the airport, it could take about 20 mniutes to reeach the hotel.
Ambience
The ambience of the place is such that people love to visit again and again and this is possible because of the rooms being warm and cozy and the room offering cable TV, minbars, and tea and coffemaking facilites. Besides thse the breakfast and parking are complimentary. They also have an indoor pool and a fitness room. The breakfast can be in the form of buffet as well. The staff are well trained to go beyond thier call of duty. The service provided by staff is friendly in nature, and while providing the service, they are courteous, prompt and keep thier professional self every time with a wide grin on thier face very time you are serviced by them. While each and every staff deserves the highest rating, yet when an event is hosted the service by the staff seems to be a selcted choicest staff who probably ae the best of the best to srvice the host and thier guest and the events are usally hosted in the hall which can hose upto 700 people.
