20th August 2020Chavadi is a traditional and positively deep rooted restaurant and eatery for all people who want a bit of a country life mixed with the trademark modernity. It offers a very simplistic and sober ecosystem, which is well reflected by the furniture and interior decor. I am a theatre artist, and I do a lot of plays and mostly street ones, one of which I shot and uploaded on youtube. Then all of us went here, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Approach
Chavadi is an upscale restaurant located on the 2nd Main Road in the Bilekahalli area of Bangalore. It is situated right next to the IIM-B. The restaurant is designed keeping the community space framework in mind, meaning that it offers you the right ambiance whether you want to host team dinners, party with friends or even enjoy a book in solitude.
Ambience
The cafe is in the form of a multi layered set up that stretches across three levels. The setting is very folksy. The whole venue is done up in subtle shades of blues, yellows and whites. It gives a lot of peace and quiet unlike the busy street right of Bannergetta Road right next to it. The open air rooftop seating is perfect for a peaceful place to work, read or enjoy a quiet dinner.
Food and Service
Chavadi does an excellent job of providing the most exquisite of flavours in its dishes. The main cuisines offered here are North Indian, Italian and Continental. Some of these items are presented with the cafe's own quirky twist to them. In fact, the cafe is a great one to have just about any meals of the day thanks to the sheer variety of items offered here. The drinks here are refreshing to say the least. The staff is very pleasant. They give you recommendations and always serve with a smile on their faces.
